COCOA FIBER

 

Due to its taste and slimming properties, cocoa fiber works well in the production of dietetic products, healthy snacks, bars, cakes and cookies, and as an addition to dairy drinks, muesli and "ready-to-eat" products. It contains less fats and sugars than regular cocoa powder.

 

APPLE FIBER

 

Thanks to its pleasant apple scent, mild color and high content of organic acids, vitamins, pectins, and tannins, and a relatively high content of soluble fiber, apple fiber (in addition to the classic application in the food industry) is used in the production of dietary supplements for diabetes, atherosclerosis, and fat metabolism disorders.

 

OAT FIBER

 

It combines the delicacy of porridge, the taste of grain, and high beta-glucan content. Beta-glucan is responsible for its gelling properties, which is why it works well as a replacement for permitted thickening substances. It can be added to bakery products, pasta, instant products, dairy products, and muesli.

 

ARONIA FIBER

 

Due to the intense red and plum color, it is an excellent natural food color. It can be used for the production of dietary supplements for patients with gastrointestinal problems. It is also widely used in the confectionery, bakery, and dairy industries.

 

CRANBERRY FIBER

 

Cranberry is a vitamin bomb and a wealth of minerals. It increases the health and taste values of food products. Moreover, cranberry is characterized by a high degree of bioactivity.

 

FLAX FIBER

 

It is hard to overestimate the beneficial properties of flax. When added to dishes, the soluble dietary fiber contained in flax swells to form a delicate gel which improves digestion. OAT FLOUR

 

Oat flour is a rich source of protein with a high biological value, with a beneficial composition of amino acids.
